Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for the Orthopaedic Trauma Unit. This fixed-term role covers maternity leave to September 2027 and involves delivering patient-focused care to trauma patients while leading nursing and support staff in the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse absence.

The post collaborates with ortho-geriatricians and broader trauma teams, with responsibilities across complex spine, head, and polytrauma cases, on a busy ward.

Competenze

Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
Post-registration trauma orthopaedic experience preferred.
Experience in NHS settings.
