Firstup is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of our multi-tenant cloud platform. You will lead incident response and work with Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to build a culture of operability that protects customers.

You will design and implement SLI/SLOs, observability, and automation, own monitoring strategies, and mentor teams while participating in on-call rotations.

Competenze

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SRE, production/engineering roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-tenant applications in AWS/Kubernetes.
• Strong observability skills with monitoring, logging, tracing and Datadog expertise.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java or JavaScript/TypeScript for tooling and automation.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.

Mansioni

• Design, build and operate reliable, scalable production services with application teams.
• Lead incident response and post-incident analysis to improve reliability.
• Define and drive SLI/SLOs, error budgets, and operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain an SRE scorecard and improve telemetry and automation.
• Oversee monitoring, logging, traces, and performance across systems.
• Mentor engineers and drive reliability improvements across the platform.
