LSEG is hiring Site Reliability Engineers to support real-time trading and market data services in the United Kingdom. You will own operational support, drive cloud migrations, and automate tasks while building dynamic observability capabilities.

Join a globally distributed team of technical professionals. You will tackle incident recovery, production stability, and proactive improvements to reduce alert fatigue and enable fast product innovation.

Qualifications

• Extensive UNIX administration and scripting experience.
• Cloud-native applications support, AWS or Azure preferred.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) for real-time/low-latency contexts.
• Kubernetes, Docker and container-based development experience.
• Troubleshooting large distributed systems; market data experience a plus.
• Observability tooling experience (DataDog, BigPanda) desirable.
• Git version control proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; 8+ years of industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead incident recovery and root-cause analysis with rapid troubleshooting.
• Write incident reports and advocate for customers in post-incident reviews.
• Maintain stable production environments and assess deployment risks.
• Automate operational processes and reduce noisy alerts.
• Develop deep expertise in dataflows, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement production improvements.
• Serve as SRE liaison for new projects and drive operational acceptance testing.
