Job summary

Signify Technology is hiring a Senior SRE Manager in London to lead platform reliability for European operations and global trading hours coverage. The role sits in a follow-the-sun model with direct oversight of SRE teams across Europe and APAC, focusing on availability, incident response and operational excellence.

You will be hands-on, troubleshooting complex production issues, driving automation and contributing to performance and capacity planning to sustain low-latency trading platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven SRE or technical operations leadership in financial markets or similar critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading distributed, globally dispersed teams.
• Excellent communicator bridging technical and business stakeholders across time zones.
• Background in software engineering or systems, network and database administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SRE teams across European and APAC time zones, owning platform availability, incident response and operational excellence for critical low-latency trading infrastructure.
