Job summary

London Stock Exchange is seeking a Software Engineer in its Real-Time Engineering organisation to help build a low-latency market data platform that processes billions of price updates daily. You will develop APIs, telemetry pipelines and synthetic monitoring services to show how data reaches customers worldwide, working with seasoned engineers to deliver production-grade software.

This is an early-career, hands-on role focused on observability, cloud-native engineering and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn.
• Ability to write perf-oriented code in Go, C++, or Rust.
• Familiarity with APIs, Git and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities
