Job summary

Dynatrace seeks an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own observability across complex production environments. You will implement and optimize Dynatrace solutions, mentor engineers, and lead the observability conversation from implementation to production troubleshooting.

The role requires deep Dynatrace expertise, strong SRE background, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in instrumentation, metrics, alerting, and modern software delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
• Experience designing and implementing observability/monitoring solutions end-to-end.
• Strong SRE and production engineering background.
• Experience configuring instrumentation, metrics, alerting and monitoring.
• Understanding of OneAgent, ActiveGate, distributed tracing and monitoring.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues using observability tooling.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Exposure to CI/CD, automation and modern software delivery.
• Kubernetes/containerisation experience beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to operate as a technical lead/SME, mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE and observability ownership across large-scale production environments.
• Drive Dynatrace-based design, implementation and troubleshooting in production.
• Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers to elevate observability capabilities.
