Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer within the Chief Technology Office. You will solve complex business problems, lead resiliency design reviews, and mentor engineers, guiding the reliability of critical applications and platforms.

Qualifications

Deep proficiency in reliability, scalability and performance with site reliability best practices.
Fluency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, .NET).
Hands-on experience with observability and SLO/SLI/alerting.
Experience with CI/CD tools and container orchestration.
Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead resiliency design reviews and break down complex problems for engineers.
Act as technical lead for medium to large products and mentor others.
Drive initiatives to improve reliability and reduce toil using data-driven analytics.
Define service levels with customers and monitor incidents to minimize impact.
Document knowledge for internal streams and communities of practice.
