Rocket Money is expanding its Cloud Infrastructure team with a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, SRE to lead the reliability and operational evolution of our platform. You will help hundreds of services scale, define SLIs/SLOs, and drive disaster recovery and incident management in production.

You write production Terraform, work with AWS, Datadog, and internal tooling, and mentor teams on observability. With 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure and a proven track record, you will own the reliability

Qualificações

5+ years of hands-on cloud or infrastructure engineering experience with reliability focus.
Experience defining SLIs/SLOs and driving DR drills in production.
Strong incident response and on-call leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Build and evolve reliability and resiliency of systems and services.
Establish and review SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical services.
Own disaster recovery strategy, objectives, failover, and drills.
Evolve observability platform, instrumentation, alerts, and cost management.
Lead incident practice and postmortems; tune paging thresholds and runbooks.
Collaborate with product engineering to align services with user experience metrics.
Contribute to day-to-day Cloud Infrastructure work and on-call rotations.
