Fulcrum Digital in London seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Application Support + DevOps + Automation) to own and evolve production systems across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will design scalable architectures, automate CI/CD, monitor health with Splunk and Dynatrace, and drive incident response with blameless postmortems and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure readiness and compliance across the stack while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong scripting, CI/CD management, and software design principles.
• Hands-on debugging, optimizing, and automation of infra workflows.
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins and ITIL processes.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve full lifecycle of services from design to deployment and operation.
• Partner with development teams to ensure production readiness and capacity planning.
• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD pipelines with automation and quality gates.
• Lead and influence DevOps and SRE best practices across teams.
• Monitor production systems, study metrics, and drive reliability improvements.
