Job summary

DXC Technology, a global IT services leader, seeks a Senior Application Support Analyst to deliver insurance software solutions for London Market, General Insurance, and Health Insurance clients. The role focuses on SQL Server-based issue investigation, fixes, enhancements, and service delivery within an international support team.

You will work on incident management, deployments, and end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

Strong SQL Server development and support experience.
Experience with insurance systems and practices.
Experience in application support and client-facing technical roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide application and database support for insurance software solutions and meet service levels.
Investigate, design, develop, test and deploy fixes using SQL Server and DXC tools.
Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, testing, release management, deployment.
Build relationships with clients, communicate clearly, ensure high customer satisfaction.
Mentor team members and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Participate in support rotas, client meetings and service reviews.
Collaborate with development, QA, service delivery and client teams for effective support.
Support incident management, problem resolution and enhancement delivery.
