Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience managing sports facilities or leisure centres.
• Experience in staff supervision, financial oversight, and customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of centre operations, marketing, and programming.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
