Job summary

The Priory Group is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist for Mildmay Oaks, Hook, Hampshire. This full-time, site-based role offers varied clinical experience across Low Secure Units and Rehabilitation settings, with HCPC registration required.

You will assess and deliver tailored treatment plans, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with a broad MDT to ensure high standards of care and patient dignity. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Postgraduate qualification from RCSLT is required.
• Relevant experience including some in a specialist area, with skills in dysphagia and completing assessments.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, policy-compliant care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver speech and language therapy care plans, including assessment, treatment and progress tracking.
• Supervise junior staff and work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate with patients, families and professionals throughout rehabilitation.
• Support service development by promoting therapy and implementing new techniques.
