Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to lead group sessions and provide one-to-one support to service users. You will manage a caseload, develop intervention plans, and evaluate outcomes within a supportive regional network.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
• Experience working with families.
• Evidence of continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Responsibilities

• Lead group therapeutic sessions to develop speech and communication.
• Build one-to-one rapport with service users and encourage engagement.
• Manage a designated caseload including assessments, planning, implementing interventions and evaluating outcomes.
• Undertake audits and contribute to research in the provision of treatments.
