Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to manage a complex caseload and deliver person-centred assessment and intervention within a multidisciplinary setting in England. You will take professional responsibility for your own caseload, conducting detailed assessments of communication and swallowing difficulties to support clinical decision-making.

You will work closely with residents, families and carers, contribute to MDT meetings, lead therapy groups and supervise

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered SLT with current registration.
• Experience assessing and treating dysphagia.
• Experience working with residents' families.
• Demonstrated continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex Speech and Language Therapy caseload.
• Conduct detailed swallowing and communication assessments.
• Deliver person-centred interventions and contribute to MDT decisions.
• Lead communication-focused therapeutic groups and training.
• Support care planning and capacity considerations with Psychology.
