Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to lead services for neurorehabilitation. You will manage assessments, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes, with a focus on dysphagia and communication disorders, within a supportive regional network.

You will work four days a week at the Gloucester site (60 beds) and one day at Bosbury, Herefordshire (41 beds), with travel between sites funded. HCPC registration and continuing professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience managing a caseload including assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
• Experience working with families.
• Evidence of continuing Professional Development.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate specialist skills in dealing with complex cases and caseload management.
• Undertake audits and contribute to research in the provision of treatments.
• Specialist knowledge in acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
