Job summary

The Senior Speech and Language Therapist role at Elysium Healthcare spans two sites in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. You will lead group sessions, build rapport with service users, and support recovery through evidence‑based interventions.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, completing assessments, planning and evaluating interventions, and contributing to multidisciplinary care. HCPC registration and dysphagia experience are essential; strong teamwork and commitment to training

Qualifications

HCPC registration required.
Experience assessing and treating dysphagia.
Experience working with families.
Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

Demonstrating specialist skills in dealing with complex cases, cultural and linguistic differences, and to generate appropriate strategies for caseload management.
Undertaking audits and contributing to research in the provision of treatments.
Specialist knowledge in the areas of acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
