Job summary

The post involves autonomous clinical work across the breast pathway, with outpatient assessment, elective operating, peri-operative care and development of services.

The role supports expansion of elective surgery via the Surgical Elective Centre (SEC) and contributes to timely cancer care, MDT collaboration and governance within the Breast Surgery

Responsibilities

• Outpatient breast clinics including assessment and follow-up.
• Elective breast surgery lists and peri-operative care.
• Support timely cancer treatment and cancer pathway performance.
