Job summary

Royal Berkshire Hospital is recruiting for a substantive 10 PA Specialist Grade in Breast Surgery, with commitments in satellite areas. The post is full time, with part-time applications considered.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with Licence to Practice.
• Total medical practice of at least 12 years since PMQ, with ≥6 years in Breast Surgery.
• Evidence of clinical governance, leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the Breast Surgery service across sites.
• Lead in decision making and contribute to governance and teaching.
• Deliver specialised breast surgery care including complex cases.
• Participate in service development and managerial activities.
