Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Doctor to join the Breast Surgery team, delivering senior clinical care across the breast pathway and contributing to outpatient assessment and elective operating.

The role supports the expansion of elective surgery through the Surgical Elective Centre (SEC), participates in MDT meetings, and helps ensure timely cancer treatment and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in breast outpatient clinics.
• Experience contributing to MDT meetings.
• Ability to work autonomously within the scope of practice.

Responsabilités

• Undertake breast outpatient clinics, including assessment and follow-up.
• Contribute to elective breast operating lists and peri-operative care.
• Support delivery of timely cancer treatment and improve cancer pathway performance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary working and MDT meetings.
• Provide senior clinical assessment, decision-making and management.
