Job summary

Pho Leeds on Boar Lane is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and mentor wok, lines and salad chefs, ensuring fresh, vibrant dishes and consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Hands on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum x1 years’ in role.
• Experience being second in command in a kitchen.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with managerial duties and mentorship.
• Mentor wok chefs, lines chefs and salad chefs.
• Maintain high food safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance
