Caravan Covent Garden is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead and inspire a busy kitchen team. You will work with the Head Chef to deliver our well-travelled menu inspired by New Zealand and global flavors, while mentoring staff and driving top service.

Expected earnings range £46,000–£50,000 per year. We value collaboration, sustainability and our Caravan of Love service standard, with opportunities to develop and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking fresh ingredients and leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to manage a busy kitchen and support a Head Chef.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
