You will coach Junior Sous Chefs and CDPs, uphold Hawksmoor standards, manage food safety and stock, and contribute to menu development with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a quality, high-volume kitchen.
