Loungers plc in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the Salino Lounge kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and guiding the team through busy services. Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead shifts, maintain high standards and pass hygiene checks.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth service from prep to plate.
• Support Head Chef daily operations and step in during absences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee prep, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to improve skills and performance.
