Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at head chef, senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and customers engaged.

• Run the kitchen in partnership with the Head Chef, delivering high-quality dishes and menus.
• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team while maintaining performance and food safety standards.
