Seamill Hydro Hotel in Scotland is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to manage all kitchen operations and drive exceptional dining experiences across restaurant, weddings and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management and deputise when needed.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and service for restaurant, weddings and events.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards.
• Coach junior chefs and maintain a positive team culture.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, menu costing and waste minimisation.
