Hawksmoor Seven Dials is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen in London. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes, develop a high-performing team, and uphold tight operational standards.

You’ll lead service and drive restaurant performance, mentoring Junior Sous Chefs and CDPs. The role demands calm decisiveness, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering Hawksmoor’s renowned standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience as a senior sous chef or equivalent in a quality, high-volume kitchen.
• Proven leadership to build motivated, high-performing teams.
• Strong technical skills and excellent organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall kitchen operation in partnership with the Head Chef.
• Set and maintain Hawksmoor standards across all sections during service.
• Coach and develop Junior Sous Chefs, Senior CDPs and wider team.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet Hawksmoor standards.
• Oversee food safety, stock control and kitchen organisation.
• Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement.
• Drive performance through clear communication and strong leadership.
