The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen at the Epsom clubhouse. You will manage daily operations, uphold the highest food standards and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our members and guests.

You will work with restaurant managers to ensure seamless front- and back-of-house communication, supervise staff facilities, and motivate the team to perform at their best. Level 3 food hygiene and senior leadership experience are required.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily kitchen operations and lead the entire kitchen brigade, ensuring the Head Chef's vision is executed with precision.
• Work closely with the Restaurant managers to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house.
• Communicate daily with front of house team, internal customers with daily business events.
• Monitor and supervise the Staff restaurant facility
• Supervise with the Back of House Manager/Supervisor
• Lead by example to ensure that each member of the team is motivated, engaged and fulfilling their potential.
• Oversee all food production to ensure every dish meets consistent standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
• Create work schedules (rotas), assign daily tasks, and manage team performance.
