- Sous Chef in premium or high-volume kitchen

- Solid understanding of food safety
Responsibilities
- Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and maintained throughout service
- Prepare and present dishes in line with Amazonico’s standards and specifications
- Supervise and support junior chefs across all sections
- Oversee food quality, portion control, and consistency during service
- Assist with stock orders, rotation, and inventory management
- Support in onboarding and training of new kitchen staff
- Contribute to the creation of new dishes and seasonal specials
- Complete daily and weekly reports as required
- Step into leadership when senior kitchen management is not present
