Amazonico London is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our high-energy kitchen in Mayfair. You’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, help lead the team, contribute to menu creativity, and deliver outstanding dining experiences.

This role offers growth in a renowned Latin American-inspired setting with strong training and progression opportunities within a luxury hospitality group in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a premium or luxury venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality food, presentation, and consistency.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-focused mindset with a drive to grow professionally.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen management.

Responsabilités

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Ensure the highest levels of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support with training and mentoring junior chefs.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Contribute to menu development and innovation.
• Help manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
• Lead by example during service and support the team with a hands-on approach.
