The role |

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, whether by your efforts or by empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Experience in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focus on building a coaching culture, working with your head chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisions efficiently.

• Lead and motivate your kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and food quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food standards.
• Manage food costs, stock levels, and labor efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
