What you should do:

• Ensure every dish meets high standards, supporting your team to develop their skills and mindset for exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture, collaborating with the head chef to recruit and develop a strong team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions on your feet.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef in a fast-paced environment.
