As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are experienced in maintaining high food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
- Focus on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef to build a strong team from recruitment through ongoing development.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported and heard.
- Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
- An inspiring leader who can motivate their team to flourish in their roles and careers.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
- A proactive problem solver who can think quickly and effectively.
