Senior Sous Chef | Full time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering excellent results.

What you bring:

  • A focus on creating a caring, supportive environment, nurturing talent, and role-modeling coaching within the management team.
  • Dedication to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and equipped team members with necessary skills.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.
