The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
  • Maintaining impeccable food safety, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, recruiting, and developing your team for personal and professional growth.
  • Being a proactive problem solver capable of quick decision-making.
