The role:

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported
• Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth within your team
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot
