The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have considerate and supportive conversations
• Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Ability to build and nurture a coaching culture within the team
• Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making abilities
