The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is well-equipped.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, health, and safety, and understand kitchen financials like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick, effective decisions.
