The role |

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to high standards, either by your efforts or by empowering your team.
• Are experienced in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Are committed to building a coaching culture, working with your head chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
