Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What you |

• Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and health standards, understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spot opportunities.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think quickly and make effective decisions.
