The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring and supportive environment where your team feels valued and listened to, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modelling coaching within the management team.
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards in the kitchen, understanding financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Building a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, and fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
• Being a proactive problem solver, able to think quickly and make effective decisions.
