Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Will Do |

• Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture within the management team.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills development.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing staff development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and adaptability.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring approach, ensuring your team feels supported.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in food safety and hygiene.
