The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs; proactively spot opportunities to improve.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced environment.
