Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef to join our high-volume kitchen teams across our luxury properties in the South of England. You will be experienced in delivering fresh, quality food and capable of stepping in for the Head Chef when required.

Pastry experience is desirable, and you will be proficient in meeting FCOS targets and adhering to current food hygiene legislation with kitchen risk assessments. We offer progression opportunities and staff discounts across Harbour Hotels properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at Junior Sous or Chef de Partie level
• Ability to run the kitchen in Head Chef’s absence
• Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets
• Familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments
