Senior Sous Chef
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef has arisen within an independently owned pub & restaurant based in Yarm. You will be required to work alongside and be a part of a friendly small kitchen team, run by our Head Chef.
We are looking for someone with experience in producing high quality, fresh locally sourced food on a high volume basis with experience within a similar industry.
The candidate will be responsible for section stock control, ordering, preparation and cooking of dishes and they must have good organisation and communication skills.
All candidates must provide references, proof of identity and eligibility to work in the UK along with relevant supporting qualifications.
