We are currently seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues. As a Senior Sous Chef, your main duties will include:

• Having experience in 2/3 Rosette restaurants and 5-star hotels is desirable
• Maintaining high standards of food preparation and cooking
• Overseeing food purchases, production, and portion control to minimize waste and manage costs
• Taking ownership of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef / Head Chef
• Being fully familiar with the company’s values, competencies, and behaviors, and role modeling them
• Ensuring your team is fully trained and conducting relevant training with complete documentation

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
