Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards
• Maintaining a positive team environment through meetings, incentives, and recognition
• Conducting inductions for new starters
• Managing Sous Chefs to ensure training standards
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and management for timely service
• Handling customer complaints related to food quality or service
• Treating everyone with respect and maintaining composure
