Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited in Horley is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef. You will maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service while developing exciting new dishes and driving the kitchen culture.

Compensation includes a basic salary up to £38,000 with tronc, paid overtime, and generous staff tips. The role offers meals on shift, discounted meals for you and family, pension, life assurance, and other employee perks.

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Positive attitude.

About you...
