Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited in Barnet is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding dining experiences. You’ll help drive food culture, maintain quality, and manage a busy team in a pub setting.

The role offers a base up to £38,500 with overtime, bonuses, and excellent staff perks including meals on shift, discounts, pension, and career progression opportunities within the Brunning & Price group.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Strong leadership to run the kitchen and drive the food culture.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
