Senior Sous Chef, Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: £17 per Hour plus TRONC, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Bristol, Clifton Village

If you wish to advance your career, an HDV kitchen is the place to do it. Four of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within, with two starting their journey as kitchen porters.

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards smoothly and consistently. Ideally, you will have previous experience at this level and be capable of demonstrating your skills in team development.
