Qualifications

• 5+ years in a solutions engineering or similar role, preferably in data analytics/IT, with strategic accounts.
• Proficiency with Splunk products or similar, data analytics, and operational intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security protocols.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Splunk products, providing technical guidance to strategic accounts.
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions that demonstrate measurable value.
• Collaborate with sales to understand requirements and deliver compelling presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical champions for long-term success.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure successful deployments.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to maximize product adoption.
• Demonstrate products remotely, on-site, and at events such as conferences.
• Continuously improve presales practices and methodologies.
